Dinner - Oven baked salmon served with creamed cauliflower, carrots, green beans and sugar snap peas.

 

Ham and Cheese Omelette with Side Salad

Lunch - I drizzled the salad with home made balsamic vinaigrette.

 

Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Tender strips of sirloin beef tossed with tender crisp veggies and oyster sauce.

Oven braised Chicken Adobo (no added sugar) served with creamed cauliflower and baby bok choi.

 

Salad with cottage cheese

Lunch - Salad of mixed greens drizzled with EVOO and balsamic vinegar, served with cottage cheese and chives, sliced tomato.
